Delivery Options

To keep our emissions as low as possible, we only deliver using standard Australia Post delivery. This allows us to make use of existing postal routes rather than a courier who creates their own unique and direct routes. It means less additional routes and less emissions released.

All orders require a signature on delivery. If you'd like to give permission to leave your order in a safe place, this can be done for all future deliveries (or individual parcels) via your MyPost account. Just make sure you use the same email for your Nimbus deliveries and your MyPost account for this to work!

Delivery Costs

To metro areas, shipping is only $5 per order, free for orders over $50 (including subscription orders). Shipping to regional and remote areas will be calculated at checkout and also includes a discount for orders over $50.

We encourage large orders, less frequently to lower emissions!

Delivery Areas

We ship Australia wide from Sydney, and have tried to keep our metro shipping area as broad as possible.

Our metro shipping area covers: NSW, VIC (except country areas), QLD (except country areas), Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Hobart.

Shipping costs for all other areas are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, and also include a discounted rate for orders over $50.

Delivery Times

Most orders leave our warehouse the same or next business day and then travel on AusPost established routes which can take 1-8 business days depending on where you live. For more remote areas, please use your usual AusPost delivery times as a guide.

Orders shipped to Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, and Norfolk Island are automatically shipped by Express post, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee AusPost's fulfilment of this request, nor the arrival times to these areas.

Packaging

We take extra care when it comes to packaging Nimbus. All our orders are shipped in 100% recycled cardboard boxes. These can then be recycled (again!) via your curb-side recycling.

We avoid adding promotional material or information cards into our shipment. Whilst these may be nice, they are usually thrown straight in the bin!

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns, as Nimbus is a food product that cannot be repackaged or resold. However, if your order was damaged or did not meet your expectations, please email us so we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
