A good shake. A little rest. A fresh pour.

  1. Get the scoop right

Follow your pouch’s powder and water directions: the amount differs between milks. Use a clean bottle with a lid and leave a little room to shake.

  2. Give it 5–10 minutes

You can drink it straight away, but resting lets the powder rehydrate for a smoother texture. Mixing the night before and keeping it in the fridge works too.

  3. Shake again before pouring

A little natural separation is normal. Another quick shake brings it back together. Keep prepared milk refrigerated and follow the storage directions on your pouch.

A fresh idea for leftover coffee

Ice cubes tomorrow.

That last bit of coffee in the pot? Give it another outing. Nimbus’s coffee-cube trick turns it into the start of your next iced drink.

Pour your cold leftover coffee into an ice-cube tray.

  2. 02

Freeze, then pop the coffee cubes into your glass.

  3. 03

Mix Nimbus following your pouch directions, pour over the cubes and give it a stir.

Give those potatoes another go.

Leftover cooked potatoes become creamy mash with a splash of Nimbus. The original demo uses ½ cup of prepared milk, a little oil, salt and pepper.

Heat, mash, then top with chickpeas and your favourite pasta sauce, just like the video.

Use properly refrigerated leftovers and reheat thoroughly.

Out & about

Pack the powder. Add water later.

A handy idea from Nimbus’s shake video: take your dry powder in a clean, sealed bottle, then add water and shake when you’re ready.

Follow the pouch’s mixing amounts, plus the directions for any other ingredients you add.

Keep the powder dry. Prepared milk still needs refrigeration.
