Great taste and so...
Great taste and so easy to prepare. Very handy for travelling as well.

Tastes creamy and froths well
Tastes super creamy and delicious, super easy to make. Way more creamy than I was expecting. It froths well if you give it a bit of time to settle after mixing (like it says to, but I am impatient). So happy to not be wasting tonnes of packaging!

We love the taste….
We love the taste. We add a teaspoon of maple syrup which is even better. Also glad that we can recycle the packaging.

Tastes great and super convenient!
The soy milk powder is great and so convenient to take anywhere in the 3L packs. I love that I can simply fill my milk frother with purified water a few scoops of the soy milk powder turn it on and it’s ready to add to my morning coffee. The taste is great its a lot lighter and way less polluted with other unnecessary flavours from the nasties. And I love that the soy doesn’t leave a weird coating in your mouth like UHT soy milks do.

Convenient and delicious.
So convenient to store, great taste, clean ingredients and froths up beautifully - such a great product. Has been a game changer too when travelling - I just make up the minimum, so I don’t need extra fridge space when on the move. Love it home and away.

slimy texture and curdles in drinks
taste is fine but the consistency of the product is slightly slimy due to the gums in the ingredients. I heard so much good things about this milk which is why I bought the big value pack but regret it now. The milk curdles with coffee or chai and because of the slimy consistency, it’s hard to drink without being weird like snot. I’ve also bought the soy milk and that one is a better texture but not as fine as the oat and is grainy.

Thanks so much for giving Nimbus a go — and we’re sorry to hear the texture hasn’t been what you hoped for. We only use a tiny amount of xanthan gum to help keep the milk smooth and stable. Because our milks are made fresh, a few small tweaks can make a big difference: resting it for a while after mixing, heating or frothing before adding to hot drinks, and adjusting the water ratio to suit your taste. Totally understand that texture is personal though, and we really appreciate the feedback 💚
