Milk does more than fill a glass. It becomes the base of overnight oats, the batter in a weekend stack and the creamy part of a chilled pudding. The Nimbus Kitchen brings those ideas together with recipes from Nimbus’s own videos.
Make tomorrow’s breakfast tonight
The Biscoff overnight oats start with oats, chia, cinnamon, maple syrup and prepared Nimbus Oat Milk, blended until smooth. Coconut yoghurt and Biscoff spread make the next layer, followed by melted spread and biscuit crumbs.
Cover the finished pot and leave it in the fridge overnight. The recipe works as one generous serving or two smaller pots.
Save the slow morning for pancakes
Nimbus’s shaker-bottle pancakes use milk powder directly in the batter with water. There is no separate bottle of milk to make first.
Keep the ingredient quantities together, leave enough space to mix and watch the original video for the shaker technique. A bowl and whisk are useful if your shaker is too small for the whole batch.
Finish with a little chocolate-shell magic
For the chia pudding, Nimbus gives two options: prepared oat milk, or powder and water added straight to the jar. Chia seeds need time to thicken, so this is one to chill ahead.
Layer it over strawberries, pour on melted chocolate and return it to the fridge until the shell sets. The spoon-crack is part of the fun.
Let the recipe lead
Some recipes need prepared milk, while others use powder and water separately. Check the ingredient list before you begin so you use the right amounts. You will find both approaches in the Kitchen, with the original video linked on every recipe.
