It is a little powdery and the taste doesn’t work so well in my coffee

Thanks for your feedback! We do have a fix for this - make up the amount you need, let it rest (try overnight to see the difference) and this gives the powder time to fully rehydrate and become nice and smooth : ) Sometimes I use a blender or a little electric milk frother to mix it if I don't have time to rest it, and this works wonders for soy milk in coffee too :) Hope that helps to perfect your Nimbus journey :)

Tasty and convenient.
I used to go through a carton of milk substitute a day. Now I use both the soy milk and oat milk in my tea and coffee, with my porridge, in cooking. They taste great, froth up beautifully, and save me a lot of waste. It's very convenient to always have a supply on hand, with regular deliveries notified in advance by email. If I don't need a delivery I can alter my schedule anytime.

Pleasant taste makes good froth on the coffee and super convenient when you only need small amount soy. No more pouring soured left over milk down the drain.
