Great idea but relatively expensive.
It’s good but not as smooth as the soy milk i usually buy from the supermarket. Love what you’re doing with reducing packaging and it’s one less thing i need to get from the Coles/woolworths mega corporations. Yay to that. And i know you’re a small start up and are streamlining your production processes no doubt, but you need to get the cost to the consumer down for this to be sustainable for me to buy. My old soy milk costs $3 per litre. I don’t mind paying a little bit more but what yours costs currently is way more. Compare the cost of powdered cow milk. It’s much cheaper. Cost is likely to put people off so do whatever you can to make it affordable.

Less is better for my Dirty Chai
First mix I followed the 1 heaped scoop as recommended but the second mix I used a nearly level scoop and I liked my Dirty Chai better.

Soy milk tastes terrible, grainy consistency
The soy powder tastes terrible and didn’t dissolve well - was a really grainy texture. I’m so disappointed in this product. I was keen to use it for the convenience, to minimise product waste and the impact on the environment. I wanted to use the soy milk powder while camping for convenience. I hope you can improve on the soy powder.

Thanks so much for giving Nimbus a go and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. 💚 Because our Soy Milk is made with whole soybeans and just a few simple, natural ingredients, it does behave a little differently from some carton milks. It benefits from a little extra time to fully rehydrate, so we recommend shaking it well with plenty of room in the bottle, then letting it rest in the fridge (ideally overnight) before giving it another good shake. Natural separation is completely normal too, so a quick shake before pouring is all it needs. If you're in a hurry, a quick 5-10 second blend works brilliantly too and helps create an extra smooth texture. We're also constantly improving and have already been working on making it dissolve even more easily while keeping the flavour we love. Thanks again for helping us improve.
